Dec 23, 2020 · Xfce is lighter weight than Gnome 3, and actually allows you to customize things that matter (to me). You can set it up in various ways visually, even though the default look is usable out of the box. Xfce's window manager is the best of all I've tried. eDP-1 is the identification of your monitor/display which you can find out while running the first command xrandr -q. You can access your graphics card control panel via: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Advanced. Media Player Classic. Options > Miscellaneous > Brightness. Windows Media Player. 1. In WMP, right-click on the title bar of the window or the Now Playing tab 2. In the context menu, select: View-> Enhancements-> Video Settings Hover your mouse over the taskbar, then scroll mouse wheel to cycle windows. Hover your mouse over empty space on desktop, then scroll mouse wheel to cycle workspaces. You can set mouse so that hover will activate the window (put focus on it and bring it to front). Set in the Window Manager preference pane.
